血管母细胞瘤的MRI表现与诊断

目的探讨颅内血管母细胞瘤的影像学表现及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分享10例经MRI及手术病理证实为血管母细胞瘤的影像学表现。结果该组肿瘤发生于小脑半球7例,位于小脑蚓部1例,桥小脑角1例,右侧脑白质与颞叶交界处1例。大囊小结节型7例,其中1例位于幕上;单纯囊肿型2例,均位于小脑半球;实质型1例,位于桥小脑角区。结论血管母细胞瘤的影像学表现有一定的特征性,可提示其诊断。

The MRI Performance and Diagnosis of Hemangioblastoma

Objective To study the imaging performance and differential diagnosis of intracranial hemangioblastoma. Methods The MRI performance of 10 patients with hemangioblastoma and confirmed by surgical pathology was shared retrospectively. Results Of this group, there were 7 cases with the tumor located in the cerebellar hemisphere, 1 case with the tumor located in the cerebellar vermis, 1 case with the tumor located in the cerebellopontine angle, 1 case with the tumor located in the junction of the fight cerebral white matter and temporal lobe. There were 7 cases had large cyst with small nodular type tumor, including 1 case with the tumor located in supratentorial; 2 cases had simple cyst type tumor, and the tumor located in cerebellar hemisphere; 1 case had solid type tumor, and the tumor located in cerebellopontine angle region. Conclusion The MRI performance of hemangioblas- toma exhibits certain characteristics, which can suggest the diagnosis.
