针灸治疗青少年痤疮患者疗效研究

目的探讨中医针灸方法治疗青少年痤疮患者的临床疗效。方法 124例青少年痤疮患者依据治疗方法不同,分为观察组和对照组。观察组64例患者采用针灸的方法进行治疗,10 d1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程;对照组6例患者采用米诺环素治疗,50 mg/次,qid,6周为1个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后的皮损程度。结果观察组患者总有效率为93.75%（60/64）,对照组总有效率为81.67%（49/60）,观察组高于对照组（P〈0.05）。质量后两组皮肤损害数量评分分别是（1.04±0.86）分和（1.37±0.87）分,均较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,观察组低于对照组（t=2.123,P〈0.05）。结论针灸治疗该病有很好的临床疗效,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Research on the Efficacy of Acupuncture Treatment in Patients with Adolescent Acne

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine acupuncture in the treatment of adolescent acne patients. Methods 124 cases of adolescent acne patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods. 64 cases in the observation group were treated by acupuncture for 4 courses of treatment, 10 days were a course of treatment. 6 cases in the control group were treated by minocycline, qid, 50 mg for one time, 6 weeks were a course of treatment. And the clinical efficacy, the extent of the lesions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%（60/64）, and that of the control group was 81.67%（49/60）, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the score of number of skin lesions in the two groups was（1.04±0.86） points and（1.37±0.87） points, respectively, lower than that before treatment,respectively（P〈0.05）, and the observation group had lower points compared with the control group（t=2.123, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment has a good clinical efficacy on adolescent acne, so it is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
