小儿清肺饮与复方鱼腥草合剂治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效观察

目的比较小儿清肺饮与复方鱼腥草合剂治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法 2012年1月—2013年1月该院收治肺炎患儿104例,随机分为两组：观察组患儿52例在抗生素治疗的基础上给予小儿清肺饮治疗,对照组患儿52例在抗生素治疗的基础上给予复方鱼腥草合剂治疗。结果 1观察组临床总有效率为96.16%,对照组临床总有效率为86.54%,观察组组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。2在咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间以及住院天数方面观察组分别为：（6.15±2.10）,（6.81±3.63）,（7.11±3.55）,对照组为（8.74±3.78）,（8.89±3.79）,（9.53±4.58）,均P〈0.05）,但在发热消失时间方面观察组为（3.36±1.73）,对照组为：（3.59±1.91）两组对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;3用药依从性方面观察组依从性好41例,占78.85%,对照组13例,占25%,观察组明显优于对照组患儿（P〈0.05）。结论小儿清肺饮治疗小儿肺炎具有更好的临床疗效,并且患儿用药的依从性好,值得临床推广。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Pediatric Qingfeiyin and Compound Houttuynia Cordata Mixture on Pneumonia in Children

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between Pediatric Qingfeiyin and Compound Houttuynia Cordata Mixture in the treatment of children with pneumonia so as to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods 104 cases of pneumonia in children admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of antibiotic treatment, 52 cases in the observation group were given Pediatric Qingfeiyin for treatment, and 52 cases in the control group were given Compound Houttuynia Cordata Mixture. Results（1）The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was96.16%, and that of the control group was 86.54%, the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.（2）the cough disappearing time, pulmonary rales disappearing time, and the length of stay of the observation group was6.15±2.10, 6.81±3.63, 7.11±3.55, respectively, and that of the control group was 8.74±3.78, 8.89±3.79, 9.53±4.58, all P〈0.05; the fever disappearing time of the observation group was 3.36 ±1.73, and that of the control group was 3.59 ±1.91, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）;（3）there were 41 cases with good medication compliance in the observation group, accounting for 78.85, and 13 cases in the control group, accounting for 25%, the medication compliance of the observation group was much better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pediatric Qingfeiyin has better clinical effect on pneumonia in children with better medication compliance, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
