急性化脓性阑尾炎的围手术期的护理研究

目的探讨对急性化脓性阑尾炎患者在围手术期的护理进行研究探讨,总结其经验,以提高患者临床疗效。方法选取该院2012年4月—2014年4月急性化脓性阑尾炎患者120例,按数字排表法随机分为两组,各60例,在患者围手术期间,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理干预,比较两组在护理后患者满意度及患者焦虑评分、术中出血量和术后感染情况。结果观察组患者在护理后,焦虑评分为（55.37±6.14）,术中出血量为（52.78±10.61）,护理满意度为（100.00%）,术后感染2例（3.33%）,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论相应的护理干预对急性化脓性阑尾炎患者的康复起到重要的作用,使患者的焦虑状况得到有效的改善,值得临床推广使用。

Research on the Perioperative Nursing for Acute Suppurative Appendicitis

Objective To study and investigate the nursing for patients with acute suppurative appendicitis during the perioperative period and summarize the experience so as to improve the clinical curative effect. Methods 120 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis admitted in our hospital in the recent two years were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each. During the perioperative period, the control group were treated by the conventional nursing, and the observation group were treated by the targeted nursing intervention. After nursing, the level of satisfaction with nursing, anxiety score, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative infection were compared between the groups. Results After nursing, in the observation group, the anxiety score was （55.37±6.14）, intraoperative blood loss was （52.78±10.61）, the level of satisfaction with nursing was 100.00%, 2 cases had postoperative infection （3.33%）, these were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Appropriate nursing intervention plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis, which can improve the anxiety of the patients effectively, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
