参芪抗瘤方治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨中药参芪抗瘤方治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 34例非小细胞肺癌患者口服中药参芪抗瘤方3个月,观察临床主要症状变化情况,生存质量改变等指标。结果 治疗后咳嗽、胸闷、气急、咳血、胸痛、发热有效率分别为82.35%、83.87%、88.23%,69.23%、83.33%、78.57%;治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗前后Karnofsky评分比较,有效率为94.11%。结论 参芪抗瘤方在对以气阴两虚为主证的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者具有较好的治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenqi Anti-tumor Decoction in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 34 cases with non-small cell lung cancer were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Shenqi Anti-tumor Decoction juice orally for three months. The changes of clinical main symptoms, indexes of quality of life and so on of the patients were observed. Results After treatment, the efficiency of treating cough, chest tightness, tachypnea, hemoptysis, chest pain, fever was 82.35%, 83.87%, 88.23%, 69.23%, 83.33%, 78.57%, respectively, compared with that before treatment respectively, there were significant differences (P〈0.05). Comparing the Karnofsky score before and after treatment, the efficiency was 94.11%. Conclusion Shenqi Anti-tumor Decoction has good therapeutic effect on advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with the main symptom of deficiency of both qi and yin.
