循证干预对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的应用

目的探讨循证护理在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的临床应用效果。方法分析该院2008年1月—2011年12月收治的240例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的临床资料。按照住院的先后顺序分为对照组和循证护理组。运用循证护理方法,确定护理问题,寻找循证护理支持,将循证护理组的120例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者,与采用传统方式进行护理的对照组120例患者进行对照分析。对比两组患者的并发症及预后情况。结果循证护理组患者的并发症明显低于对照组,患者预后得到明显的改善。结论循证护理在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的应用临床效果良好,明显减少介入治疗后的并发症。

Application of Evidence-based Intervention in Patients with Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Objective To study the clinical application effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 240 patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. And the patients were divided into the control group and the evidence-based nursing group according to the order of admission. 120 patients in the evidence-based nursing group were treated by evidence-based nursing, the nursing problems were determined by evidence-based nursing method and the evidence-based nursing support was searched. 120 patients in the control group were treated by the traditional nursing method. The nursing effects were analyzed contrastively between the two groups. And the complications and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications of the evidence-based nursing group was lower. In addition, the prognosis of the evidence-based nursing group was more distinctly improved than the control group. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has good clinical effect on patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and it can reduce the complications due to interventional treatment.
