细胞自噬在激素性股骨头缺血坏死中的研究进展

股骨头坏死作为骨外科的多发性疾病,在研究与治疗过程中发现以激素性股骨头缺血坏死（SANFH）为主要病因,其发病机制尚不明确。临床研究中多认为其在长期大量使用激素过程中,股骨头出现血管内凝血、代谢紊乱、骨质疏松及细胞凋亡等问题,造成股骨头直接性缺血坏死。为了有效指导相关治疗,该研究主要针对细胞自噬的分类情况,根据其在SANFH相关临床实际治疗过程中的效果及作用机制进行综述。

The Research Progress of Cell Autophagy in Steraid-induced Avasadar Necrosis of the Femoral Head

The femoral head necrosis is a multiple disease of orthopedic surgery.It was found during the study and treatment that steraid-induced avasadar necrosis of the femoral head（SANFH） is the main cause of the disease,but the pathogenesis is still unclear.It is thought in clinical research that if the patients extensively use hormone for a long time,the femoral head will present intravascular coagulation,metabolic disorders,osteoporosis,and cell apoptosis and other problems,these will cause directly ischemic necrosis of femoral head.This study aims at the classification of cell autophagy and summarizes the effect and mechanism of action of cell autophagy in the practical clinical treatment of SANFH so as to guide the relevant treatment effectively.
