妇科肿瘤术后并发深静脉血栓的诊治与预防

目的探讨妇科肿瘤术后并发深静脉血栓（DVT）的诊治与预防。方法选取2013年4月—2013年8月40例妇科肿瘤术后并发深静脉血栓患者,随机分为两组,每组20例。对照组接受注射用丹参和葡萄糖静脉滴注治疗,实验组给予低分子肝素抗凝治疗。采用彩色多普勒血流显像技术检测两组患者的血流速度与血栓形成情况。结果实验组下肢深静脉血栓发生率为0%,明显低于对照组的15%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组TT、APTT较对照组更长,血流速度更快、下肢周径更短（P〈0.05）。结论妇科肿瘤术后患者采用低分子肝素抗凝治疗有助于患者血流的改善,减少深静脉血栓的形成,值得推广应用。

The Diagnosis,Treatment and Prevention of the Complication of Deep Venous Thrombosis after Gynecologic Oncology Surgery

Objective To observe the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the postoperative complication of deep venous thrombosis（DVT） for patients with gynecologic oncology surgery. Methods 40 patients with DVT after gynecologic oncology surgery admitted from April 2013 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 20 patients in each. The control group was treated by intravenous injection of salvia miltiorrhiza and glucose, and the experimental group was given low molecular heparin anticoagulant therapy. Color Doppler flow imaging was used to detect the blood flow velocity and incidence of thrombosis of the two groups. Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity of the experimental group was 0, significantly lower than 15% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group,the TT, APTT of the experimental group were longer, the blood flow velocity was faster, lower limb circumference was shorter（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients after gynecologic oncology, low molecular heparin anticoagulant therapy helps to improve the blood circulation and reduce the formation of deep vein thrombosis, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
