复方丹参静脉滴注配合普米克令舒、博利康尼、异丙托溴胺雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的研究分析采用复方丹参静脉滴注配合普米克令舒、博利康尼、异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择该院2013年6月—2014年6月期间收治的毛细支气管炎患者80例作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机分组法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组40例。对照组给予患者丹参静脉滴注配合普米克令舒、博利康尼空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予患者复方丹参静脉滴注配合普米克令舒、博利康尼、异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗。对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、喘鸣音消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、体温稳定正常时间、气促缓解时间、心率恢复正常时间以及住院时间情况。结果观察组患者在治疗后,治疗有效率达到82.5%（33/40）,明显高于对照组患者的62.5%（25/40）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的喘鸣音消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、体温稳定正常时间、气促缓解时间、心率恢复正常时间以及住院时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于毛细支气管炎患者采用复方丹参静脉滴注配合普米克令舒、博利康尼、异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗效果显著,能够有效缩短临床症状消失时间和住院时间,值得临床推广运用。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Intravenous Drip of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Combined with Atomizating Inhalation of Pulmicort Respules,Terbutaline and Ipratropium Bromide in the Treatment of Bronchiolitis

Objective To study and analyze the clinical curative effect of intravenous drip of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza combined with atomizating inhalation of Pulmicort Respules, Terbntaline and Ipratropium Bromide in the treatment of bronehiolitis. Methods 80 cases with bronchiolitis admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each. The control group were treated by intravenous drip of Compound Salvia Mihiorrhiza combined with atomizating inhalation of Pulmieort Respules, Terbutaline by air compressor pump, and the observation group were treated by intravenous drip of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza combined with atomiza!ing inhalation of Pulmicort Respules, Terbutaline and Ipratropium Bromide. And the clinical curative effect, wheezing disappearing time, pulmonary tales disappearing time, the time for temperature returning to normal and stable, dyspnea remission time, the time for heart rate returning to normal and length of stay were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the treatment efficiency of the observation group reached 82.5%（33/40）, obviously higher than 62.5%（25/40） of the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The wheezing disappearing time, pulmonary yales disappearing time, the time for temperature returnihg to normal and stable, dyspnea remission time, the time for heart rate returning to normal and length of stay of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, respectively, the differences were significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous drip of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza combined with atomizating inhalation of Pulmicort Respules, Terbutaline and Ipratropium Bromide has significant curative effect on bronchiolitis, which can effectively shorten the clinical symptoms disappearing time and length of stay, so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
