应用硝酸甘油治疗急性心肌梗死并发左心衰竭治疗探讨

目的 研究硝酸甘油治疗急性心肌梗死并发左心衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年5月—2014年5月该院收治的急性心肌梗死并发左心衰竭的患者90例,在患者知情同意下,且符合医学伦理学标准,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组45例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予硝酸甘油进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率以及满意度。结果 研究组总有效率84.4%（38/45）显著高于对照组总有效率51.1%（23/45）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组治疗满意度93.3%显著高于对照组的64.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组并发症发生率为2.2%,对照组无并发症发生,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 应用硝酸甘油治疗急性心肌梗死并发左心衰竭具有较好的临床疗效。

The Experience of Nitroglycerin in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Left Heart Failure

Objective To study the clinical effects of nitroglycerin on acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure. Methods 90 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected. With informed consent and in accordance with the medical ethics standard, the patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 45 cases in each. The control group was given the conventional treatment while the study group was given nitroglycerin on the basis of the treatment given to the control group. The clinical efficacy, incidence of complications and the level of satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of the study group was 84.4% （38/45）, significantly higher than 51.1% （23/45） of the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The level of satisfaction with the treatment of the study group was 93.3%, higher than 64.4% of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the study group was 2.2%, while the control group had no complications with no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nitroglycerin has a better clinical curative effect on acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure.
