集束化护理和常规护理在防治ICU腹泻患者肛周皮炎中的效果对比

目的对比研究集束化护理和常规护理在防治ICU腹泻患者肛周皮炎的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月—2014年1月该院ICU中92例腹泻患者进行研究。按随机数表法,随机分为试验组47例,对照组45例,试验组采用集束化护理,对照组采用常规护理,经不同护理后,对两组患者周皮炎发生情况、愈合时间及肛周皮炎严重程度分级进行比较分析。结果经不同护理方法后,试验组肛周皮炎的发生率为8.5%,对照组肛周皮炎的发生率为33.3%,试验组肛周皮炎发生率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.6441,P=0.0033）;试验组愈合时间显著少于对照组（P〈0.05）;试验组发生肛周皮炎的严重程度分级优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论集束化护理用于防治ICU腹泻患者肛周皮炎效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of the bundles of care and conventional care in the prevention and treatment of ICU patients with diarrhea perianal dermatitis. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital ICU patients 92 cases with diarrhea were studied. According to a random number table method, 47 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 45 cases, the test group received bundles of care, the control group received conventional care, after different treatments, two groups of patients with peripheral dermatitis occurs, the healing time and anal Week dermatitis severity grade were analyzed. Results After different methods of care,the incidence of perianal dermatitis in the experimental group was8.5%,which was significantly lower than 33.3% in the control group（χ2=8.6441, P=0.0033）; experimental group healing time was significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）; the severity classification for perianal dermatitis of the test group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the prevention and treatment, bundles of care for ICU patients with diarrhea prevention perianal dermatitis makes good effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
