当归饮子治疗老年性荨麻疹60例临床探讨

目的探讨当归饮子加减治疗老年性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法对60例老年荨麻疹患者采用当归饮子（当归20 g,川芎20 g,白芍20 g,生地黄20 g,防风20 g,白吉力20 g,荆芥20 g,何首乌15 g,黄芪15 g,甘草10 g等）加减治疗。结果痊痊愈36例,治愈率60%,显效8例,占13.3%,有效12例,占20%,无效4例,占6.7%,总有效率93.3%。结论当归饮子加减治疗老年性荨麻疹疗效满意。

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Angelica Decoction in the Treatment of Urticaria in 60 Elderly Patients

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Angelica decoction in the treatment of urticaria in elderly patients.Methods 60 elderly patients with urticaria were treated by modified Angelica decoction（Angelica 20 g, Rhizome of chuanxiong 20 g,Radices paeoniae alba 20 g, Raw rehmannia 20 g, Root of fangfeng 20 g, Tribulus terrestris 20 g, Schizonepeta 20 g, Polygonum multiflorum 15 g, Astragalus 15 g, Licorice 10 g and so on）. Results 36 cases were cured, the cure rate was 60%, the treatment effect was markedly effective in 8 cases, accounting for 13.3%, effective in 12 cases, accounting for 20%, invalid in 4 cases, accounting for 6.7%, the total efficiency was 93.3%. Conclusion Modified Angelica decoction has satisfied effect on urticaria in the elderly.
