胃癌及胃腺癌细胞系中PPAR-y的表达及其临床意义

目的观察过氧化酶体激活物增殖受体y（PPAR-y）在胃癌组织及胃腺癌细胞系（SGC7901）中的表达，并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法，检测50例胃癌、癌旁组织以及SGC7901中PPAR-y的表达。结果PPAR-y蛋白在胃癌中的表达为58％，明显高于癌旁组织的表达（28％）（P〈0．01）。PPAR-y蛋白在SGC7901细胞系中呈阳性表达。PPAR-y蛋白在低分化癌组织、侵及浆膜层、有淋巴结转移（P〈0．01）和分期晚（P〈0．05）的胃癌组织中表达增高，与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及肿瘤部位无关（P〉0．05）。结论PPAR-y蛋白在胃癌组织表达上调，提示PPAR-y蛋白不仅与胃癌的发生有关，而且与其进展有关，有可能作为检测胃癌的分子标志物并可提示其预后。

Clinical significance and expressions of PPAR - y in gastric cancer and gastric cell line SGC7901

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of peroxisome proliferator - activated receptor y（ PPAR - y） in gastric cancer patients and gastric cell line SGC7901. Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to investigate PPAR - y expression in 50 cases of gastric cancer, their adjacent tissues and the SGC7901. Results The positive rate of PPAR - y protein expression was significantly higher in gastric cancer （58%）than that in their adjacent mucosa（28% ）（P 〈0.01）. The expression of PPAR-y was positive in SGC7901, and it was significantly high in poor differentiation, infiltration of serosa, lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and advanced tumor stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）. It was irrelevant with gender, age, tumour size and location （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Expression of PPAR-y protein is up - regulated in gastric cancer. PPAR - y is not only relevant with gastric cancer happening and its progression. There may be a molecular marker and prognostic factor of gastrie cancer
