输尿管息肉的诊治探讨(附18例临床资料分析)

目的:探讨输尿管息肉的诊治方法,总结经验。方法:回顾分析18例输尿管息肉患者的临床资料。结果:14例结石合并息肉患者行活检结果提示输尿管纤维上皮性息肉,4例原发性息肉患者术后病检结果也提示为输尿管纤维上皮性息肉,随访恢复良好,无一例恶变。结论:排泄期CT尿路造影可获得三维立体影像,是诊断输尿管息肉和其他输尿管疾病的首选检查方法。输尿管镜检查及取活组织检查可明确病变部位、数目及性质,对输尿管息肉的诊断及治疗起着决定性作用;随着泌尿外科腹腔镜技术的整体进步,对于单纯的输尿管息肉的治疗,腹腔镜手术有逐步取代开放手术的趋势。

Objective:To investigate diagnosis and treatment of ureteral polyps.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 18 cases of ureteral polyps in patients with clinical data.14 cases of stone with polyps in patients with biopsy results suggest that ureteral fibroepithelial polyp,Four cases of primary polyps in patients with postoperative pathologic examination results also suggest that ureteral fibroepithelial polyp,Follow-up of a good recovery,with no malignant.Results:Excretory phase CT urography(CTU)three-dimensional images obtained.Diagnosis of ureteral polyps and other screening method of choice for ureteral diseases,Ureteroscopy and biopsy to take a clear lesions,number and nature For the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral polyps plays a decisive role With the overall progress of laparoscopic urology,For a simple treatment of ureteral polyps.Conclusions:Conclussion: Laparoscopic surgery has gradually replaced open surgery trend.
