通心络联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

目的:观察通心络胶囊联合甲钴胺胶囊治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:90例DPN患者随机分为通心络组30例,甲钴胺组30例,通心络 甲钴胺组30例。疗程8周。结果:通心络 甲钴胺组对DPN患者症状疗效的总有效率(83.3%)优于通心络组(66.7%)、甲钴胺组(56.7%)(P<0.05);对腓浅神经感觉传导速度和足拇趾振动觉的改善通心络 甲钴胺组亦优于通心络组、甲钴胺组(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊联合甲钴胺胶囊治疗DPN对症状和体征均有良好的改善作用。

Clinical study of the combination of Tongxinluo (通心络)and mecobalamin(甲钴胺)on the treatment effect in diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective : To observe the effect the combination of Tongxinluo and mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods : A total of 90 cases were divided into three groups at random, the first group(n=30) was given the Tongxinluo Capsule,the second group(n=30) wase given Mecobalamin Capsule,and the third group(n=30) was given the combination Tongxinluo Capsule and Mecobalamin Capsule. the therapeutic course for three groups was 8 weeks. Results : The effertive rates in the third,the first and the second group were 83.3%,66.7%,and 56.7%,respectively(P<0.05), the sensory nerve conduction velocity in superficial peroneal nerve and vibration sense in toe pollex (P<0.05). Conclusion : Combination of Tongxinluo and mecobalamin has a good effect to DPN.
