| 摘 要： | 开普拓是一种半合成、可溶性的喜树碱衍生物。是特异性拓扑酶Ⅰ抑制剂,通过抑制肿瘤细胞DNA重联步骤,导致DNA单链断裂而产生抗肿瘤作用。开普拓和奥沙利铂同为新一代抗肿瘤药物,目前已成为治疗转移性大肠癌最有效的药物之一。
