Ⅱ型糖尿病患者肺通气功能的研究

摘    要:应用日本美能达AS-600型肺功能测定仪,对27例平均病程2.45年,未经系统治疗,无合并明显心、肺、胸廓疾患的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者与正常组进行了下列各项肺通气功能测定:肺活量(VC),每分钟最大通气量(mvv),用力肺活量(FVC),第一秒钟时间肺活量(FEV1),第一秒呼出率(FEV1%),用力呼气中期流速(FEF25-75),最大呼气流速(PEF)。结果表明,患者的以上各项检查结果均值都低于对照组,其中以FEF25-75,FEV1较明显。虽经统计学处理差异无显著性,但是可以看出本组糖尿病患者的肺通气功能,尤其是小气道通气功能出现减退的迹象。提示经系统治疗的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在不长的时期内肺通气功能就可能出现减退。

Abstract:The dermination of ventilation function with pulmonary function test apparatus(S-600 type,made in Japan)was conducted for 27 NIDDM patients and the group of normal subjects. The mean course of disease was 2.45 years. They recieved no systematic treatment and had no marked complications of heart,lungs and thorax. The determination items were as follows; vital capacity (VC ),maximal minute ventilation volume(MVV),forced vital capacity(FVC),first second vital capacity(FEV1),first second expiration rate(FEV1%), forced expiration mid-term flow rate(FEF25-75)and maximal expiration flow rate(PEF). The results showed that the mean of above determined items was lower than that of control group,especially that of FEF25-75 and FEV1 was more marked.Although there was no significant statistical difference, the pulmonary ventilation function, especially that of small air ways of NIDDM patients showed the decreased signs of ventilation function,suggesting that the pulmonary ventilation function of NIDDM patients may be decresed in a short time after systematic treatment.
