摘    要:目的:研究三清降糖方及各分离化学部位的对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用,对效应显著部位进行物质基础定性分析.方法:大孔吸附树脂分离制备各化学部位样品(JT-1~JT-13);葡萄糖氧化酶法和淀粉耐量实验考察样品对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的影响.结果:JT-1,JT-3,JT-6,JT-7部位对α-葡萄糖苷酶有显著抑制作用,其中JT-7部位对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用最显著.结论:生物碱和苷类成分可能是三清降糖方对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用的主要物质基础.

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the inhibitory activity of Sanqing Jiangtang decoction and chemical constituents on alpha glucosidase enzyme and to exploit the bioactive constituents. Method: The samples were prepared by macroporous adsorptive resins(JT-1-JT-13). Glucose oxidase method and starch tolerance test experiments were adopted to evaluate the inhibitory activity of Sanqing Jiangtang decoction and its different separated fractions. Result: It was found that fractions(JT-1,JT-3,JT-6,JT-7),separated from Sanqing Jiangtang decoction,mainly contributed to the inhibitory activity. JT-7 showed the most significant activities in the experiments. Conclusion: Glycosides and alkaloid may be the principle effective substance in the active fraction.
