摘    要:现在,医院"以医疗为中心"的服务模式正逐渐被"以病人为中心"的服务模式所取化,而人性化服务的倡导,又使得"以病人为中心"向"以人为中心"转变,这是医院服务理念和经营理念的重在突破.医疗保健服务面对的是多层次、多样化的需求,必须树立以人为本的服务理念,倡导人性化服务,实施以人为本的服务措施,提高服务效能,把病人的满意作为医院的最佳追求,才是提高医院满意度的最佳选择.

Abstract:Nowadays, the "medical service based pattern" is gradually replaced by "patient based pattern", to initiate personalized serviceis to transform from "patient based pattern" to "human based pattern", this is an important breakthrough in hospital's service and operation concept.The hospita's service/ care should meet the multi-level and various needs, we must have the human-based concept, to initiate personalized serviceconcept, to offer human-based service measures, to improve service efficiency, the best choice for hospital is to seek for and improve the goalof satisfactory degree from patients.
