| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对急性脊髓损伤患者围急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的认识 ,探讨其临床特点。方法 分析 4 5例围ARDS的临床资料 ,患者至少符合PaO2 <6 0mmHg或氧合指数PaO2 /FiO2 <30 0mmHg。结果 4 5例急性脊髓损伤患者围ARDS临床特点 :发病急骤、潜伏期 3～ 14d ,进行性呼吸困难 ,死亡 10例 ,抢救成功率为 77.78% ,死亡率 2 2 .2 2 %。结论 熟悉ARDS的临床特点 ,严密监测其临床体征 ,早期预防 ,是救治ARDS的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of the occurrence and the development of ARDS among the patients of acute cervical spinal cord injury, and to know its clinical feature. Method The clinical data of 45 patients with ARDS were analyzed,and the patients at least met PaO_2< 60 mmHg or PaO_2/FiO_2<300 mmHg. Results The perioperative ARDS of these patients had regular clinical feature. The success rate was about 77.78%, and the mortality rate was 22.22%. Conclusion To know the clinical feature of ARDS was very important, the precaution was also important, and the clinical process of ARDS shoud be supervised closely. |
