护理人员对消毒隔离知信行现况调查

目的了解普通病房及门诊护理人员对消毒隔离的知识掌握情况、行为规范、重视程度以及相关影响因素,探讨培训和管理对策。方法利用自行设计的调查问卷,进行随机分层取样,对237人进行调查。结果消毒隔离知识正确率为(86.22±0.56)%,行为得分平均为(90.33±0.53)分,重视程度平均为(94.11±0.71)分;多种因素影响护理人员消毒隔离知信行,需注意知信行之间协调。结论部分护理人员消毒隔离知信行有所提高,应有针对性地进行消毒隔离的专项培训,并加强管理。

Nursing Staff's Basic Knowledge, Their Attitude and Daily Nursing Actions toward Disinfection and Isolation: A Cross-sectional Investigation

OBJECTIVE To investigate the nursing staff's basic knowledge, their attitude and daily nursing actions toward disinfection and isolation and search for training and management countermeasures.METHODS An self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 237 nurses selected from stratified random sampling.RESULTS The nurses had the correct rate of(86.22±0.56) % for the basic knowledge, the average scores of 90.33±0.53 for the questions about daily nursing actions, and the average scores of 94.11 ±0.71 for the questions about the attitude toward disinfection and isolation.Several factors affected the nursing staff's knowledge, doing and attitude toward disinfection and isolation.Also,they needed the knowledge in accordance with doing and attitude.CONCLUSIONS Some nurses have not given a very satisfactory answer to the investigation in knowledge, doing and attitude toward disinfection and isolation.We should give these nurses pertinent specialized education on disinfection and isolation and strengthen the management of nursing staff at the same time.
