摘    要:目的比较3种消毒或清洁方法处理新生儿培养箱的效果。方法终末消毒后将新生儿培养箱随机分为3组,分别采用500 mg/L有效氯(Ⅰ组)、250 mg/L有效氯(Ⅱ组)及清水(Ⅲ组)每天擦拭消毒1次,待干燥后即刻和24 h分别采样行细菌培养,连续监测6 d,比较3组消毒或清洁效果。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组新生儿培养箱消毒干燥后即刻采样行细菌培养,合格率分别为100.00%(36/36)、97.40%(75/77)、96.67%(58/60);消毒或清洁24 h采样培养,合格率分别为91.67%(33/36)、94.81%(73/77)、96.67%(58/60),3组消毒或清洁即刻与24 h的效果比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论上述3种消毒或清洁方法均能达到新生儿环境卫生学要求,采样培养均合格,但清水擦拭法更简单、经济、环保,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of three disinfection and cleaning methods on neonatal ineubators. Methods After terminal disinfection, neonatal incubators were randomly divided into three groups, and were wiped respectively with 500 mg/L available chlorine (group Ⅰ ), 250 mg/L available chlorine (groupⅢ), and water (group Ⅲ ) once a day, samples of incubators were taken for bacterial culture immediately after drying and 24 hours after treating, monitor were performed for consecutive 6 days, disinfection or cleaning effect of 3 groups were com- pared. Results The qualified rate in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and m was 100. 00% (36/36), 97. 40% (75/77), and 96. 67% (58/60) respectively when samples were taken immediately; the qualified rate in group I , Ⅱand Ⅲ was 91.67% (33/36), 94. 81% (73/77), and 96. 67% (58/60) respectively when incubator samples were taken 24 hours after treating (all P〉0. 05). Conclusion The above three methods can all meet the environmental hygiene requirements of neonatal units, but water cleaning method is more simple, economical, and environmental protective, which is worth popularizing.
