| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心灵关怀对鼻咽癌患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将92例鼻咽癌治疗患者分为对照组47例和干预组45例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上实施心灵关怀护理。采用医院焦虑抑郁量表、欧洲癌症患者生活质量调查问卷分别在患者入院时、入院4周和入院8周进行问卷调查。结果干预组焦虑、抑郁水平低于对照组(P<0.01),总体生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心灵关怀能有效缓解鼻咽癌患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善其生活质量,为肿瘤的治疗康复护理提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the effects of mind and heart care on negative emotions and quality of life in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Methods A total of 92 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were divided into control group （47 cases） and intervention group （45 cases）. The control group received routine care, and the intervention group received mind and heart care in addition. The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale （HAD）, European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Core Questionmaire were used to collect data before intervention, after 4 weeks and 8 weeks later. Results After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the overall quality of life was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Mind and heart care can effectively relieve anxiety and depression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, improve their quality of life, and provide a new method for the treatment and rehabilitation of tumor. |
