医院手卫生质量管理持续改进策略的成效分析

目的探讨手卫生质量管理持续改进策略对医院感染的影响。方法通过安装洗手设施，根据临床需求不断完善洗手设施和配备手消毒剂，结合洗手液和手消毒剂消耗量的目标管理与监督考核反馈机制强化手卫生管理效果。结果自2007年至2010年，临床洗手设施不断完善，干手设备逐步合理化；洗手液和手消毒剂消耗量达20 mL/床日以上的科室数由2009年第1季度的4个增加至2010年第4季度的17个，同期消耗量为10～20 mL/床日的科室数由13个增加至47个；手卫生合格率由2008年的93.93%上升至2010年的98.67%；医院感染率由2008年的2.74%下降至2010年的1.73%。结论持续性改进手卫生策略，可以提高医护人员洗手积极性和依从性，降低医院感染率。

Effect of continuous hand hygiene quality improvement on healthcare associated infection

Objective To evaluate the effect of contnuous hand hvgiene quality improvement on healthecare associ ated infecion .Meethods Hand washiing facilities were installed and equpped weith liquid soap and hand disinfection in 2007.Hand hydiene quality wsa enforced through taregr management and suprvision and feedback.Results From2007 to 2010.hand washiong faclitres mproved contonuously,hand dry method changed from hand dryer to paper towel;the number of departments with hand washing liquid and hand disinfecion consumption of 20mL/bed day increased from 4in 209 to 17 in 2010.the number of derprements with hand washing liquid and hand disinfection consumpton of 10-20mL/bed day increased from 13 in 2009 to 47 in 2010;the qualified rate of hand hygiene increased from 93.93% in 2008 to 98.67% in 2010;healthcare-associated infecion rate decreased from2.74% in 2008 to 1.73% in 2010.Conclusion Contonuous hand hygiene quality can improve the healthecare workes＇compli ance to hand washing,and decrease healthcare-associated infecion.
