间歇充气加压治疗预防脑胶质瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成

目的探讨间歇充气加压治疗对脑胶质瘤术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法将180例脑胶质瘤患者按入院顺序先后随机分为研究组90例和对照组90例,研究组患者术后在常规护理的同时应用间歇充气加压治疗,对照组患者术后只给予常规护理,分别观察记录两组患者术后股静脉血流速度及下肢深静脉血栓形成的情况,并进行对照比较。结果研究组患者术后股静脉血流峰速度和平均速度均明显高于对照组,u值分别为4.69、4.63,p<0.01,差异均有统计学意义。研究组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成占6.67%,而对照组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成占23.33%,两组比较,X~2值为9.80,p<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论间歇充气加压治疗简便易掌握,能提高下肢静脉血流速度,为降低脑胶质瘤术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的发病率开拓了一条新的预防途径,对减少术后并发症、促进患者术后康复具有非常重要的意义,值得临床进一步推广。

PRESSURE BY INTERMI-I-I-ENT INFLATION TO PREVENT LOWER LIMB DEEP VEIN THROMBOSIS OF PATIENT AFTER OPERATION OF BRAIN GLIOMA

Objective To explore the effect of application of pressure by intermittent inflation to prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis of patient after operation of brain glioma. Methods 180 patients suffered from the brain colloid tumor were divided into 90 cases as the observation group and 90 cases as control group in the hospital at random in order. The observation group used normal treatment and also used intermittent pressure by inflation, but the control group used normal treatment only. Two groups of the patients were separately recorded the femoral vein blood flowing speed and the lower limb deep vein thrombosis formation after operation for comparison. Results The apex speed and average speed of the femoral vein blood flow of observation group are higher than those of the control group after the operation. The u values are 4. 69,4. 63 separately ,p 〈 0. 01. The difference has statistical meaning. The lower limb deep vein thrombosis formation of the patients of the observation group occupies 6. 67% ,but it occupies 23.33% in control group, so the Z2 value is 9. 80,p 〈0.01. The difference has statistics meaning. Conclusion The treatment of pressure by intermittent inflation is easy to be done, it can improve the lower limb vein blood speed and reduce the occurrence rate of the lower limb deep vein thrombosis formation of patients suffered from brain colloid tumor. This new prevention method reduce the complication after the operation so it has an important meaning to prove the recovery of the patients after the operation and is worthy of further clinical popularization.
