失效模式效应分析在预防住院患者跌倒中的应用

目的探讨应用失效模式效应分析方法在预防住院患者跌倒中的应用效果。方法列出预防住院患者跌倒流程,然后应用失效模式效应分析对流程中可能出现的失效模式进行评估、分析、计算危机值,对前6位危机值较高的失效模式制订改进措施并加以评价。结果对危机值较高的前6位失效模式进行改进后危机值明显下降,有效预防患者跌倒。结论应用失效模式效应分析评估并改进预防住院患者跌倒流程,能及时发现患者跌倒风险,实施预见性护理,有效避免患者跌倒,降低护理投诉与纠纷,提高护理质量。

THE APPLICATION OF FAILURE MODE AND EFFECT ANALYSIS IN TAKING PRECAU- TION AGAINST IMPATIENTS SLIPPING

Objective To explore the effect of applying the failure mode and effects analysis to take precautions against inpatients slipping. Methods In the first place, list the procedure of how to take precautions against inpatients slipping. Moreover, make use of the failure mode and effects analysis evaluating, analyzing and working out the crisis degrees of the failure mode which may occur in the procedure. What＇s more, work out measures to improve and assess the first six failure modes which have higher crisis degrees. Results The crisis degree declined significantly after improving the first six failure modes with high crisis degrees, and situation of inpatients slipping was effectively improved. Conclusion To apply the failure mode and effects analysis and to improve the procedure of taking precautions against inpatients slipping can help to find out the risk of inpatients slipping in time, implement the foreseeable nursing, effectively take precautions against inpatients slipping, reduce complain and dispute and finally improve the nursin~ quality.
