| 摘 要： | 为研究如何科学地评定精神发育迟滞（ＭＲ）司法鉴定案例的辨认能力，使用ＳＡＳ软件包对１３１例ＭＲ司法鉴定案例的资料进行逐步判别分析，筛选出对辨认能力影响较大的判别因子，建立判别方程，进行组内回代检验。结果：经判别分析几轮选代，筛选出作案类型、平素性格、ＭＲ诊断分级、作案时是否伴有精神疾病，是否受骗、作案动机等６个因素为判别因子，建立了评定作案时辨认能力的判别方程，组内回代检验总正确率为８３．２％。提示多元判别分析模式的使用，有可能对ＭＲ患者作案时辨认能力的标准化评定提供科学依据，提高评定辨认能力的客观性和准确性

| Abstract: | oreserachthemethodsofscientificalyexpertizingtheunderstandingofmentalretardation(MR)offender.Thenumeralizeddataof131casesofforensicpsychiatryexpertisewerestepwiselydiscrimina-tion-analysedtosetupadiscriminantformula.Then,theformulawasretestedinintergroup.AlanalyseswerecarriedoutbySASsoftware.Theanalyticresultsshowedthataftercontinualdiscriminantanalyses,6variables,couldbeidentified,includingtheofencetype,usualcharacters,MRrange,anypsychiaticconditionatthetimeofcommitingofence,beingdeceivedandthemotiveofcommitingoffence.Withtheabovevari-ables,aformulawasestablished,andthevalidityrateofintergroupretestwas83.2%.Theuseofthemodelofmultivariatdiscriminantanalysismayprovideascientificbasisforgettingthestandardexpertiseofcommit-tingofence.Therefore,theobjuctivityandaccuracyofexpertizingtheunderstandingmaybepromoted. |
