| 摘 要： | 目的：全面评价复方丹参片等复方丹参制剂的质量。方法：HPLC指纹图谱法。结果：利用指纹图谱技术。对市场上的多种复方丹参制剂指纹图谱进行了比较研究，并对其中的主要活性成分进行了定量分析。结论：不同厂家生产的复方丹参片的指纹图谱相差较大，质量各异。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the compound Tanshen tablet for its overall quality assessment. Method: A HPLC DAD method was developed for the active constituent simultaneous determination and for the chromatography fingerprint comparison;Result: The method was successfully applied to analyze the active constituents and to compare the between different compound Tanshen tablets from different manufacturers. Conclusion: The chromatography fingerprints of compound Tanshen tablets differs greatly from one producer to another. |
