| 摘 要： | 目的研究雌激素受体(ER)在妊娠高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测不同程度妊娠高血压疾病(HDCP)患者和健康妊娠妇女足月胎盘组织中ER的表达。结果HDCP患者和健康妊娠胎盘组织中均有ER表达,HDCP患者胎盘组织中ER的表达水平低于健康胎盘组织中的表达(P<0.05)。结论ER的低表达与妊娠高血压疾病的发生有一定的联系。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor （ER） in placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP）. Methods The expression of ER on normal human placenta and HDCP placentas were detected by immunhis to chemistry. （SP-assay）. Results The ER were expressed in both HDCP and normal placenta. However, ER level was significantly lower in the former than （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lower expression of estrogen receptor may be associated with the pathogenesis of HDCP. |
