| 摘 要： | 目的研究UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪国产稀释液的可用性,以代替昂贵的进口试剂。方法对两种稀释液进行理化分析,比较其渗透压、电导率、pH值,并同时用两种稀释液对随机抽取的临床尿液标本进行精密度与准确度测定。数据经SPSS10.0统计软件处理,比较结果差异有无显著性。结果两种试剂检测尿中5种有形成分,其检测结果差异均无显著性（P〉0.05）,相关性良好（r值最小为0.95）。结论用UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液国产试剂完全可以替代进口试剂。

| Abstract: | Objective to study the home-made diluent reagent availalbility on the UF-100 antomatic urinary sediment analyzer so as to replace the expensive imported reagent.Methods SAnalying the specificity of two kinds of diluent reagents,to compare of conductivity rate,osmotic pressure and PH.At the same time,we detected randomly clinical urine sample with two kinds of reagents,The results were analysed whether they had remarkable difference by SPSS.Results There was no significant difference between the two diluent（P〉0.05）.The high correlation was fond when the two kinds of diluent was compared with clinical practice.Conclusion The clinical application shows that the diluents made by home-made diluent can completely take the place of the imported diluent reagent. |
