| Abstract: | We describe the CT and MR imaging findings in an HIV-positive patient with malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the cranial vault, a rare site for lymphoma involvement. Autopsy revealed lymphomatous bone lesions, lymphoma in the epidural space, and a large necrotic lymphoma in the soft tissue of the skull. |
