| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨１２５例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病（ＧＤ）患组、５１例ＧＤ治疗恢复组及７２例正常健康（ＨＧ）血清催乳素（ＰＲＬ）水平。方法 用ＲＩＡ法测清晨空腹血清ＰＲＬ，ＧＤ组同时送测测ＴＴ３、ＴＴ４、ｒＴ３，ＴＧＡ，ＴＭＡ，用ＩＲＭＡ法测ＴＳＨ。结果 ＧＤ组明显升高（Ｐ〈０．０１），且随病情恢复而降低（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论 提示血清ＰＲＬ参与Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患的免疫病理机制。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the serum prolectin levels in cases with Graves diseases, GD cases at the recovery stage and healthy cases. Methods Detections were made on the serum levels of prolectin in 125 cases by using radioimmunoassay, while in the cases of Graves' disease, TT3, TT4, rT3, FT3, FT4, TGA and TMA were also detected. TSH was detected by IRMA method. Results The prolectin level in Graves' diseases was much higher than that in the healthy cases ( P<0.01 ), and decreased with the improvement of the disease conditions. Conclusion Prolectin was correlated with the immunopathological mechanism of the Gravess diseases. |
