椎弓根骨水泥灌注螺钉再植入的临床应用

目的探讨椎弓根骨水泥灌注螺钉再植入技术对骨质疏松患者手术治疗的临床疗效。方法骨质疏松患者16例，平均63．8岁。采用椎弓根骨水泥灌注螺钉再植入的方法植入椎弓根螺钉121枚，观察椎弓根螺钉术中及术后的稳定性。结果16例患者均获得随访，随访时间8～36个月，平均18个月。16例均获得骨性愈合，愈合时间为4～6个月，X线片显示内固定物无松动、断裂或脱落，螺钉周围未见透亮线出现。结论经椎弓根向椎体、钉道灌注聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥，固化椎体的同时，增加了椎弓根螺钉的把持力，能够满足骨质疏松患者脊椎后路固定手术对力学稳定的要求。

The Clinical Application of the Bone Cement Infuse into Pedicle of Vertebra and Screw Fixation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the techniques of the bone cement infuse into pedicle of vertebra and then screw fixation pedicle screw treat the patients with osteoporosis. Methods 16 cases of patients with osteoporosis were enrolled, with an average age of 63.8. 121 pedicle screws were instrumented by the techniques. The stability of pedicle screw surgery and postoperative were observated. Results 16 patients were followed up for 8~36 months,an average of 18 months. 16 cases were of bone union,the healing time of 4 to 6 months,X-ray showed no fixation loose or broken off, yet bright lines appear around screw. Conclusion The techniques have the following advantages,solidifying vertebral body,increasing the holding force of pedicle screw. These will meet the osteoporosis in patients with posterior spinal fixation on the mechanical stability request.
