酪氨酸对反复心理应激大鼠抗氧化能力的保护作用

摘    要:采用Communication Box大鼠模型研究反复心理应激对大鼠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的影响,及高酪氨酸饲料对应激大鼠血浆GSH-PX活性的保护作用。本实验发现:心理应激 酪氨酸组血浆GSH-PX活性显著高于心理应激组,而与对照组相差不显著。提示,补充酪氨酶对反复心理应激大鼠的抗氧化能力具有保护作用。

Abstract:PX, and the protection of tyrosine feed on repeated stressing activity of mouse plasma GSH - PX. The experiment shows that the palsma GSH - PX activity of Group psychic stress tyrosine is obviously higher than Group psychic stress, and there is no outstanding difference between Group psychic stress tyrosine and control group. So it suggests that supplementing tyrosine have protection on repeated psychic stressing mouse' s antioxidation.
