关于服毒自杀者的相关因素分析

探讨服毒自杀者各相关因素的分布特点,对所收集589例服毒自杀者各相关因素列表分析并进行统计学处理。发现服毒自杀者中以女性居多,20～29及30～39岁年龄组发病率高;以夫妻矛盾为诱因者最多;城乡之间自杀率无显著差异;农村以有机磷农药中毒为主,并以5～10月为高发季节;城市则以安眠药中毒为主,并无明显季节性。认为因年龄、性别、生活环境等因素不同,其服毒自杀率及所服毒物亦不同。

ANALYSIS OF CORRELATIVE FACTORS OF 589 SUICIDES BY TAKING POISON

To investigate the distributive feature of all correlative factors of suicides by taking poison, listed to analysed all correlative factors of 589 suicides by taking poison we was collected and . The majority were females in suicides by taking poison. The incidence rate was high in 20-29 and 30-39 age groups. The most inducing factors were husband and wife ambivalence. There was no signficant difference in suicide rate between city and the country. The majority were organophosphate pesticide poisoning in the country and the incidence rate was high from May to October. But in city the majority were hypnotic poisoning and the incidence rate had nothing to do with the season. Because the age, sex and living environment were different, the rate of suicide by taking poison and the toxicity taken were also different.
