乳腺癌淋巴结转移与ER,PR,Ki67,p53表达的相关分析及临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨乳腺癌淋巴结转移与ER,PR,Ki67以及p53表达的相关关系及其临床意义.方法 对63例原发性乳腺癌患者进行手术治疗,术后病理检测淋巴结转移,并采用免疫组化方法半定量测定乳腺癌ER,PR,Ki67和p53的表达,将腋窝淋巴结转移与这些分子表达进行对比分析.结果 腋窝淋巴结转移阳性率为42.9%,ER,PR,Ki67和p53表达阳性率分别为:63.5%,76.2%,73.0%和55.6%,ER与PR表达呈显著正相关(P<0.001),p53与Ki67表达呈正相关(P<0.01),淋巴结转移与ER,PR,Ki67,p53表达无显著相关(P>0.05).结论 乳腺癌淋巴结转移与ER,PR,Ki67,p53表达是相互独立又相互补充的影响疾病预后的因素.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlations between the lymph node status of patients with breast cancer and the expressions of ER,PR,Ki67 and p53 in cancer tissue, and their clinical significance. Methods sixty-three patients with primary breast cancer were treated surgically. Lymph node status and expressions of ER,PR,Ki67 and p53 in cancer tissue were assessed pathologically and by immunohistochemistry after operation, and the correlations between the lymph node status and the expressions of ER,PR,Ki67 and p53 were analyzed. Results The positive rate of lymph node metastasis was 42.9%. The positive rate of ER,PR,Ki67 and p53 was 63.5%,76.2%,73.0% and 55.6% respectively. The expression of ER had a positive correlation with that of PR (P<0.001), and the expression of Ki67 had a positive correlation with that of p53 (P<0.01). The lymph node status did not relate to the expressions of ER,PR,Ki67 and p53 (P>0.05). Conclusion Both the lymph node status of patients with breast cancer and the expressions of ER,PR,Ki67 and p53 in cancer tissue are independent and complementary factors for estimating the prognosis of the disease.
