| 摘 要： | [目的 ]评估肝性脑病病人治愈后生活质量 ,为肝性脑病治愈后病人护理提供依据。 [方法 ]选择肝性脑病治愈后病人80例 (观察组 )和正常健康人 10 0例 (对照组 ) ,采用生活质量问卷进行评定。 [结果 ]肝性脑病治愈后病人的躯体、心理、社会功能等生活质量评分均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。 [结论 ]肝性脑病治愈后病人的生活质量低于健康人 ,对肝性脑病治愈后病人应实施多层面的护理干预

| Abstract: | Objective: to evaluate the life quality of healed patients with hepatic encephalopathy, to provide a basis for nursing care of them. Method: a total of 80 healed cases with hepatic encephalopathy and another 100 cases of healthy individuals were selected as test and control group respectively. Quality of life of all subjects was evaluated via filling out life quality questionnaire. Result: life quality scorings in somatic, psychological, and social function of hepatic encephalopathy healed patients were remarkably lower than that of control group individuals (P<0.01). Conclusion: life quality of healed hepatic encephalopathy patients lowered dramatically. Multiple-level nursing intervention should be carried out for them. |
