新癀片联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究

目的：观察新癀片联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹远期疗效观察。方法：患慢性荨麻疹病人93例，随机分成两组，治疗组：①新癀片口服，每次0．64克，每日3次，连服4周；②盐酸西替利嗪片口服，每次10mg，每晚1次，连服4周。对照组：盐酸西替利嗪片口服，每次10mg，每晚1次，连服4周。停药时及停药后2个月进行临床疗效评估。结果：治疗结束时总有效率分别为87.2％、84．8％；停药2月后总有效率分别为83．0％、60．9％。结论：新癀片联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹远期疗效明显优于单用西替利嗪。

The clinical study of the treatment of chronic urticaria with XinHuangPian and cetirizine

Conclusio：XinHuangPian combined cetirizine treatment of chronic urticaria long-term efficacy is superior to cetirizine alone.
