C-反应蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶2与急性冠脉综合征的相关性研究

目的 探讨C—反应蛋白(CKP)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP4)在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清中的变化及其相关性。方法 分别应用ELISA法及散射比浊法对52例ACS患者及20例正常人外周血血清中CRP、MMP—2水平进行测定。结果 ACS组CRP、MMP—2水平明显高于对照组(P＜0．01)，AMI组与UA组CRP、MMP4水平有显著性差异(P＜0、01)。经Logistic回归分析显示，CRP、MMP-2的风险比值(0R)均大于1，是ACS的危险因素。经Forward出法观察CRP、MMP—2在ACS中的作用是相互独立的.结论 ACS患者CRP、MMP4水平升高，二者是ACS发生、发展的独立危险因素。

The study of correlation between C-reactive protein and matrix metalloproteinase-2 with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To study the changes of C-reactive protein(CRP) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) level in acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and their correlation. Methods The levels of CRP and MMP-2 in peripheral serum of 52 ACS patients and 20 normal control were measured,respectively,by ELISA and scatter rate turbidity. Results The levels of CRP and MMP-2 in ACS group were higher than that in control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in CRP and MMP-2 between AMI subgroup and UA subgroup(P<0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio(OR) of both CRP and MMP-2 was >1, indicating that CRP and MMP-2 were risk factors. CRP and MMP-2 were independent in the course of ACS. Conclusion CRP and MMP-2 levels are increased, which are the independent risk factors in incidence and development.
