| Abstract: | Occasionally, residual astigmatism may degrade visual acuity with a rigid lens keratoconic fit. Three cases are presented concerning anterior toric and/or panofocal keratoconic designs. The advantages and disadvantages of this therapeutic modality are discussed and demonstrated. |
