阿奇霉素联合头孢他啶治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床观察

目的：探讨阿奇霉素联合头孢他啶治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法：将我院诊治的61例社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为两组,观察组31例采用阿奇霉素联合头孢他啶治疗,对照组30例采用红霉素联合头孢他啶治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组的总有效率为96.8%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论：阿奇霉素联合头孢他啶治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效满意,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of Azithromycin combined with Ceftazidime in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia

Objective： To explore the efficacy of Azithromycin combined with Ceftazidime in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Methods： 61 patients with community acquired pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases of observation group were treated by Azithromycin combined with Ceftazidime,30 cases of control group were treated by and Erythromycin combined with Ceftazidime,the efficacy of two groups were observed.Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 96.8%,significantly higher than 76.7% of control group,there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P0.05）;there were no significant adverse reaction between two groups.Conclusion： Azithromycin combined with Ceftazidime in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia has satisfactory curative effect and no significant adverse reaction,it is worth spreading.
