精神分裂症患者的心理护理

目的：探讨心理护理对精神分裂症患者的作用。方法：采用随机对照试验，将96例精神分裂症患者分为试验组和对照组，对照组常规治疗护理，试验组在常规治疗护理的同时给予心理护理。结果：治疗3个月后，试验组PANSS和BPRS总分及阳性、阴性得分显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），半年随访时，试验组社会功能各因子分也显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：精神分裂症患者的心理护理可促进精神病性症状消失，改善社会功能，提高生命质量。

Psychological Care of Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective： To investigate the psychological care of patients with schizophrenia role. Methods： 96 cases of schizophrenic patients were divided into test group and control group, the control group was treated with conventional care, the experimental group was treated with both conventional care and psychological care. Results： After 3 months＇ treatment, the test group＇s PANSS and BPRS total score and positive and negative scores were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05） ; during semi-annual follow-up, the test group＇s social function of the factor scores were also significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological care of patients with schizophrenia can promote the disappearance of psychotic symptoms and improve social function and quality of life.
