软壳技术在白内障超声乳化手术精细化处理中的应用

目的观察软壳技术在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用效果并比较2种黏弹剂在手术精细化处理中的作用。方法对60例(60眼)白内障患者行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术,随机分为2组,术中分别应用不同的黏弹剂Duovisc和HPMC,观察术前及术后2组患者的角膜内皮细胞密度、角膜厚度、眼压及前房反应。结果白内障术前、术后角膜内皮细胞密度损伤量在Duovisc和HPMC组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。Duovisc组术后角膜增厚值与增高的眼压值均低于HPMC组,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。2组患者术后均可见轻微前房反应,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论白内障术中应用Duovisc软壳技术,可以更有效发挥黏弹剂在超声乳化手术中的特性,保护眼内组织,提高手术质量及安全性。

Soft Shell Technique in Phacoemulsification

Objective To observe the effect of soft shell technique used in cataract surgery and compare the protect function of two viscoelastic substances.Methods Sixty patient(60 eyes)received phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Duovisc was used in 30 eyes surgery and HPMC in another 30 eyes as control.To observe the density of corneal endotheliocyte,thickness of the central cornea,intraocular pressure and inflammation reaction.Results There were obviously reduced endotheliocyte density,but no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences of increased cornea thickness and IOP between the two groups(P<0.05).Aqueous flare could be seen after the operation,and there were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Using Duovisc in cataract surgery can protect the intraocular tissue,improve the quality and safety of the operation.
