| 摘 要： | 新疆维吾尔自治区自 1995年起已连续 8年无脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )病例报告 ,但周边国家仍有脊灰野病毒流行 ,为及时发现可能输入的脊灰野病毒 ,指导无脊灰后的监测工作 ,对脊灰实验室监测资料进行了分析 ,结果表明 :新疆维吾尔自治区 1999～ 2 0 0 1的共检测了 2 86例急性弛缓性麻痹 (AFP)病例的粪便标本 ,从中分离到肠道病毒37株 ,其中脊灰病毒 11株 ,经确认均为脊灰疫苗株病毒 ,未发现本土和输入的脊灰野病毒。要维持无脊灰状态 ,必须保证AFP病例监测系统的及时性、敏感性、完整性。

| Abstract: | No wild poliovirus has been isolated from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region since 1995.However,wild polioviruses continue to circulate in its neighboring countries.In order to discover the probably imported wild poliovirus timely,and to direct poliovirus surveillance after polio-free,this paper summarized and analyzed the poliovirus surveillance data from polio laboratory of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,1999 to 2001.The results showed that of 286 stool specimens of AFP cases detected,37 enteroviruses were isolated,including 11 polioviruses,which were all Sabin vaccine strains identified by the national polio laboratory.Neither indigenous nor imported wild poliovirus had been found.In order to maintain polio-free,timeliness, sensitivity and integrity of AFP surveillance system must be ensured. |
