摘    要:目的:研究向H葵盘中绿原酸的提取、纯化方法。方法:采用水提取法,通过单因素试验,选取影响较大的因子进行正交试验。结果:通过正交试验,获得最佳工艺:料液比为1:10,温度20℃,时间10h,提取的含量达到1.3%。结论:优化完善了向日葵盘中绿原酸的提取纯化方法,为向日葵盘资源的充分综合利用和产业化开发提供了参考。

Abstract:Objective:To study the optimum extraction and purification process for chlorogenic acid in Helianthus annuus I Plant. Methods:The single factor experiment to get the factors showing the important influence and orthogonal design to the factors to optimize the extracting and separating process.Results:The process was carried out by water extraction, the optimum extracting and separating conditions were 1:10 the solid to liquid for 10 hours, 80℃ extracting temperature, the extracting ratio of chlorogenic acid was 1.3%.Conclusion: An optimum and improved technology for the extraction and purification of chlorogenic acid in Helianthus annuus I Plant is investigated. It is helpful to industrial production of chlorogenic acid.
