向日葵盘中绿原酸的提取、纯化工艺研究

目的：研究向H葵盘中绿原酸的提取、纯化方法。方法：采用水提取法，通过单因素试验，选取影响较大的因子进行正交试验。结果：通过正交试验，获得最佳工艺：料液比为1：10，温度20℃，时间10h，提取的含量达到1．3％。结论：优化完善了向日葵盘中绿原酸的提取纯化方法，为向日葵盘资源的充分综合利用和产业化开发提供了参考。

Study on the extraction and purification of chlorogenic acid in Helianthus annuus I Plant

Objective：To study the optimum extraction and purification process for chlorogenic acid in Helianthus annuus I Plant. Methods：The single factor experiment to get the factors showing the important influence and orthogonal design to the factors to optimize the extracting and separating process.Results：The process was carried out by water extraction, the optimum extracting and separating conditions were 1：10 the solid to liquid for 10 hours, 80℃ extracting temperature, the extracting ratio of chlorogenic acid was 1.3%.Conclusion： An optimum and improved technology for the extraction and purification of chlorogenic acid in Helianthus annuus I Plant is investigated. It is helpful to industrial production of chlorogenic acid.
