医务人员卫生洗手监测结果分析及对策

目的 了解医务人员卫生洗手效果，进一步加强和有针对性的对医务人员手的监督与监测。方法 回顾性分析我院2001年1月～2004年12月医护手监测资料。结果 医护手监测总合格率为79．3％，医生手监测合格率70．9％，护士手监测合格率85．9％；重点病区医护手监测合格率87．5％，普通病区医护手监测合格率72．7％；本院医护手监测合格率90．5％，实习进修医护手监测合格率75．5％。结论 医务人员对手的清洁与消毒，仍缺乏足够的认识；制定并落实相应措施，可改善手部卫生状况。

Monitoring of Health Care Worker''''s Hand-washing: Analysis and Investigation

OBJECTIVE To investigate the hand-washing effects of the health care workers of hospital in order to strengthen their supervising and monitoring. METHODS The monitoring data were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS The total qualified rate of the hands of health care workers was 79.3%; in the key wards it was 87. 5% ,and in the ordinary wards it was 72.7% ;the qualified rate of the doctors and nurses was 70.9% and 85.9%, respectively; the qualified rate of our hospital was 90.5 % ; the qualified rate of the medical students was 75.5 %. CONCLUSIONS Taking practical measures can positively change the hand cleaning state of medical staffs.
