| 摘 要： | 由于分子生物学的快速发展和对腹主动脉瘤病因研究的深入,腹主动脉瘤的病因及机制的研究取得很大的突破。随着从细胞、分子水平进一步的揭示腹主动脉瘤的发病病因和机制,将来有望利用药物、基因等治疗手段来阻止腹主动脉瘤的进程,促进其治疗。本文对近年来国内外有关腹主动脉瘤病因研究的进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Because of the rapid growth of molecular biology and the further investigation of the cause of abdominal arotic aneurysm, the research of the pathogenesis and mechanism of abdominal aortic aneurysm have gotten a lot of new breakthroughs. With the further revealment of the pathogenesis and mechanism form cellular ＆ molecular level,the abdominal aortic aneurysm will be cured in the cognition of only using conservative therapy. To review the current progress of the cause of abdominal arotic aneurysm at home and abroad. |
