| 摘 要： | 目的：评价腰椎间盘突出症中CT诊断的重要性。材料与方法：回顾与分析620例腰椎间盘突出的临床表现和CT征象。结果：腰椎间盘突出好发于L4—5、L5—S1,其CT表现典型、多样,分辨清楚,诊断明确。结论：CT检查为腰椎间盘突出症的首选方法,其准确率大于90%。

| Abstract: | Purpose： To evaluate the value of CT diagnosis in lumbar disk herniation. Materials and Methods： The clinical finding and CT view of 620 cases with lumbar disc herniation were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Herniation occurred frequently at the level of L4 - S1 intervertebral space, The main CS features of herniated intervertebral dise were very typical and diversify. Distinguish and diagnose clear. Conclusion： CT is the first place method in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation and its accuracy is exceed of 90%. |
