体重与131I致小鼠甲状腺机能减退症关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨体重监测131I致小鼠甲状腺机能减退症(甲减)的关系,为预防甲减提供依据。方法3月龄雄性BALB/c小鼠共30只,随机分成对照组(5只)和实验组(30只),实验组给予131I处理,从第30天起每隔15 d随机处死5只实验组小鼠测定TSH及体重,并测量对照组小鼠体重一次,连续观察3月。比较2组小鼠体重并对实验组小鼠体重和TSH值进行相关分析。结果实验组体重从第45天后开始升高(t=2.34,P<0.05),此时体重平均增加约4.5%,TSH值从第30天开始高于正常参考值(t=2.36,P<0.05)。实验组小鼠体重与TSH值升高,呈正相关(r=0.89,P<0.01)。结论体重增加可预测131I致小鼠的甲减,但体重增加的时间略迟于TSH值升高的时间,故可作为监测甲减的指标之一。

Abstract:Objective To study the role of weight variation in monitoring hypothyroid incidence resulted from radioactive iodine in mice and to access its clinical value.Methods Thirty-two six months old male BABL/c inbred mice were used in this experiment.Two of them were sacrificed and measured for radioiodine uptake and thyroid weight at the beginning of the experiment,and the remnant were equally divided into six groups randomly.One group was the control and the others were treated with radioactive iodine.One month later,the serum TSH of five mice in the experimental group and weights in both groups were measured every fifteen days in the following three months.At the end of the experiment,the control animals were sacrificed to measure the normal values of mice's TSH.The weights between the two groups were compared and the relationship between TSH and weight in experimental groups was analyzed.Results The statistical difference of weights between the two groups began to appear forty-five days after radioactive iodine treatment(t=2.34,P<0.05),when the weights increased about four point five percent in average after the treatment.TSH values of experimental groups rose above the referring values thirty days after radioactive iodine treatment(t=2.36,P<0.05).The variation of TSH and weight was obedient to a linear relation(r=0.89,P<0.01).Conclusion Monitoring hypothyroid incidence resulted from radioactive iodine in mice by measuring the weight is practical in clinic in spite of the inertia.
